Good renovation decisions depend on drawings that match the building as it exists and communicate clearly enough for the next person to work from them. Cademix Renovate provides CAD reconstruction and technical drafting support for renovation, refurbishment and existing-building projects.

Typical inputs

Existing plans, measurements, sketches, photographs, PDFs and marked-up contractor information can be consolidated into a cleaner digital drawing set. Where records disagree, we flag the uncertainty instead of silently converting it into false precision.

Typical outputs

  • Existing-condition floor plans and selected elevations
  • Digitized or reconstructed legacy drawings
  • Renovation option drawings and annotated layouts
  • Room, opening and equipment coordination drawings
  • Issue/revision packages for project communication

Drawing before detail

CAD can clarify geometry, scope and interfaces, but it does not replace regulated design approvals, structural calculations or specialist engineering. Those interfaces should be identified early and routed to the appropriate qualified professionals.
