3D Modelling & Visualization for Renovation
3D modelling can make renovation alternatives understandable before materials are ordered or work begins. Cademix Renovate uses 3D as a planning and communication layer connected to measured information, drawings and project decisions.
Where 3D helps
- Compare room layouts and circulation
- Visualize kitchen, bathroom and interior changes
- Explain proposed changes to owners and specialists
- Identify obvious spatial conflicts before execution
- Create before/after and staged-renovation scenarios
From photographs and plans to a model
Depending on the available information, a model may be reconstructed from existing drawings, measurements, photographs or a combination. Unknown geometry is marked as uncertain rather than presented as verified reality.
Visualization is not technical approval
3D views help communicate an option. They do not replace regulated design, structural calculations, permits or specialist engineering. Those interfaces remain with the appropriate qualified professionals.
